2 lbs white chocolate or confectionary coating 1/2 lb candy canes or peppermint candies, crushedInstructions:
Melt chocolate over medium/low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in candy. Spread on parchment-lined cookie sheets; refrigerate 8-10 minutes. Break into small pieces; store in airtight containers.
